I just recently changed my heart rate zones (Joe Friel) method using LTTH. They did not change that much from my previous zones but now calorie estimation is sky high. For example, last night's ride.....117 minutes cycling...16.2 MPH ....Average HR 139. Garmin Connect says that I burned 2,300 calories...Strava says 1,200, and Shapesense online says 1650 and 1500 (vO2max). Does anyone know why NOW connect has me way up there? Thanks so much in advance!!
