Strava segments - give us an update garmin!!!

Yes, I've seen the status page. It has been 'down' for a while now. No sticky forum post that I could readily see that explains what's going on. A huge promoted feature, but no communication as to what is going on.

Please Garmin, post an update on what's happening!!!!!!

same here, send a mail to garmin support as well, but they do no respond.
I think the want everyone on strava premium.

as far as i know the strava segments works perfect if you have strava premium and i think i remember that it was mentioned a while back that development on garmin segments would stop efter strava was integrated

yes, for premium members where you have to pay for not that much benefits, while it was/is integrated within garmin connect.

I would be nice from Garmin or to fix their segments part or give the garmin users a fine discount for getting strava premium.

the strava segments is WAY better than the connect segments first of all because off the massive amounts off segments available and because it automaticly gives you the most popular segments in the area you ride in.and you can add favourite segments as well
in connect you had to create EVERYTHING yourself

but must admit i am only using segments because i allready have the premium subscription and if i didnt have that i would just look at atrava sync from connect and see which segments i have completed AFTER my ride
dont really care about the segments when im out riding

the interface of strava segments however is a horrible disaster and theres over yes theres 500 segments on the routes i had on garming where i only had 40 segments but 90% of those are either completely double or partially overlap on stupid point just to give that 1 person a better segment time.

Theres no oversight on strava and its a plain mess segment wise plus you have to pay for the usefull features id expect for free if its advertised with by garmin!

i want either my money back or garming to simply upload a backup and fix the segments.
if i was hosting the garmin connect site it would literaly only take me 12 hours to fully fix this issue.

Gamin is not only horribly lazy and inconsistent in communicating but also plain lazy or incapable of fixing this issue.

Frankly all youd expect from a american company.
Ill never buy their products again.
They are expencive and they dont even support their own features.

im plain dissapointed
