Any help on this would be appreciated:
My Vivosmart HR has worked perfectly for ~2 months.
In the last two days I have been unable to upload any data (step, sleep, HR etc) to my connect app. My watch and phone both say that it has successfully synced but no data appears to go accross.
Accordingly I have no activity, HR or sleep data for the last 2 days.
Any ideas please!? Ive restarted the watch and checked for updates.
