Hi,
I've been using a Forerunner 610 for the last couple of months. I've set up my goals for the entire year (ambitious, given that it's my first running watch) and went for runs. I've realized that, for some reason, whenever I classify my sessions as anything different than Runnning (I use 'Other' for each football match I play) it won't count them as part of my goals.
My goals are set up for distance, and I want to include my football matches, but I also want to classify them as something different (BTW: I can't believe that there's no 'Football' option within that list, but you get 'Tennis' and 'Golf'. Yes. 'Golf') than running. So, my guess is that I have to edit my goals to include all activities or something of the sort. Unhappily, I can't and I don't know why. There's no EDIT button for my active goals.
I don't know what's up with that, it might be a way to prevent users from cheating to themselves or something like that. I can edit Future goals, but not the active nor the historical.
Is there a workaround? I've found a thread in the archives of this forum talking about the same issue (actually, back then you couldn't edit at all, according to what I've read) but it's 6 years old.
Hope to be dumb instead of dissapointed.
Regards,
