After update (GE) my device is clean, no activities, no totals. Garmin Edge 1000.

Last week I connected my edge 1000 to the computer and GE showed a update was available. After the update was competed my device was clean and the only languaga availabe was english. A friend of mine did the same with his Edge 500 and the same thing happened.

Any help ?
