Hello,
I have a Forerunner 630 and I use the Garmin Connect Workouts feature a lot for my trainings. My trainings are based on pace zones, and I would love to just have them pre-defined as I do with Heart Rate Zones. Is it possible to input these ranges into Connect somehow, instead of every time having to define min/max pace for each split?
I tried to find this info on the forum but could not, any help is much appreciated.
