LG G3 Vivofit not syncing with Garmin Connect - No answer from 4 emails

I don't know if it is my device - Vivofit, or the app, Garmin Connect. It will connect sometimes, but the sync always fails. I have also emailed Garmin Connect 4 times with now answer. Please advise.
