Exporting Raw Data

Hi there.
I am using the Vivosmart HR for in a PhD research study.
I need to export raw data from the device, so I can get in depth, sensitive physical activity data.
Is there a way of doing this?

Any luck with this? There are many users who would appreciate such a solution.
At present, it does not look the case. I am systematically following up all request in this regard.
