Garmin Express synced but no update in Garmin Connect

Hi, I have synced my Garmin Edge 500 and GE says "Sync complete!" but when I logged into my Garmin Connect account the activity that I am trying to sync was not loaded. I've been trying since Saturday, 27Feb.
Can someone help me with this?
Garmin Communicator Plugin is also installed in my PC.
