Activity time and date incorrect

Yesterday I completed two runs - one in the morning and one in the afternoon. After completing my afternoon run, the details of my morning run changed. It is now noting my morning run as having been completed on Mar 14 2016:confused: at 3:18pm, when in fact it started at approx 8:30am on 27 Feb 2016.

Has anyone had this happen before and/or know how I can correct it without having to delete and create a manual activity?

    Second question: How did you sync? Mobile or Express?
    Third question: Depending on the device is it setup to update its time automatically or did you set the time manually?
    Fourth question: Is Connect on the web time zone correct? Head & Shoulders icon - Settings - Display Settings.
    Fifth question: What is the correct timezone for your location?

    Hi I would like to join the inquiry since i encountered the same issue.

    First question is: Which device? vivosmart hr
    Second question: How did you sync? Mobile or Express? through my mobile device, the vivosmart uploads it automatically
    Third question: Depending on the device is it setup to update its time automatically or did you set the time manually? it was set auto but I did double checked to see the time from my phone to the garmin device
    Fourth question: Is Connect on the web time zone correct? Head & Shoulders icon - Settings - Display Settings. - I dont know where this is

    RESOLVED! went to Garmin Connect Express -> under settings -> head and shoulders icon on the left -> settings -> display settings -> change the upload time zone to your desired Timezone

    Don't confuse things. You went to Garmin Connect online...

    So, I did a run on March 7th and everything was fine. It displays correctly on my device (Forerunner 225) but in Garmin Connect online and on my mobile device, it is displaying as March 12th. It also doesn't display my steps for that day in Garmin Connect either. I have checked time zone (eastern) on the watch, Garmin Express, Garmin online and on mobile device...all correct. My watch automatically syncs with my mobile device (Garmin app on ios device). I have updated the Garmin Connect mobile app and and Garmin Express with no avail. I have re-synced my watch to no avail. Anyone have any ideas on how to change or at least re-sync to the correct date for that run. :confused:

    I have found a way to change the date and time of an activity that is displaying the incorrect date and time. In Garmin Connect online, go to the activity that is displaying the incorrect information, then at the top-right corner of that screen, select the 'gear' icon, then select Edit. You will now be able to change the incorrect information. For me it was the date and time of the activity. :cool::D
