Delete duplicate activity does not delete corresponding Active Calories

I had a duplicative activity logged in my Garmin Connect. When I deleted the duplicative activity the active calories associated with the deleted activity remained in Garmin Connect. Is there a way to delete these active calories from Garmin Connect?
