Activity privacy set to 'everyone', not actually public.

Hi everyone, not sure if this is the right place to post but I've been having this issue on Garmin Connect; my activity privacy settings are set to "everyone" but whenever I share the activity it can't actually be accessed and people get this message: "It looks like you don't have access privileges to view this daily summary".

What should I do to make it work?
