I just purchased vivosmart HR I work for a carrier and have a lot of phones. I can't get any iPhones newer than a 5s to pair with the device. Android devices are not a problem. Has anyone else had this problem. I updated the software and I returned the device as defective but I have now had two devices neither would pair with Iphone 6 and newer on 9.2, 9.3 of iOS.
Anyone have this working?
