So I have a Vivosmart HR and a Samsung Galaxy Tab S
I have had the Vivosmart HR 7 days it paired and sync'd fine for the first few days now it will not sync and will not pair via Bluetooth (perhaps since the software update to connect)
I've followed the instructions on the website and tried repeated times till I'm blue in the face I've reset my samsungs bluetooth cleared caches for the connect app reinstalled the app, I've set up the app on my windows computer but it will not connect either.
What is the solution please it was looking really promising for the first 7 days now it just feels like a £120 mistake :mad:
