Train with time intervals HR?

Hi,

Is there any way of knowing how long they stay in an area when you train with time intervals HR?

In graphics mode, for example.

If you have a unit that supports it, head over to the Garmin IQ store, and get a datafield that does the job. You should find several that does what you ask for.
