No data in stride length, vertical ratio and ground contact balance charts

Hi,

I'm running with a Fenix 3, HRM-Run monitor (the black one with a runner in white engraved) and a foot pod. I've updated the fenix 3 firmware to 6.80. Since then in Garmin Connect the graphs for stride length, vertical ratio and ground contact balance show no data. However I'm still getting the data for average stride length, average vertical oscillation and average ground contact time. Do I need a different monitor to get the charts filled in or is it any problem (hopefully temporary of Garmin Connect)? Thanks in advance for your replies and help.

I have the 920XT with HRM-Run and I have been getting the same thing since I started using the site. I see the data in the stats, but no graphs for those 3 while having graphs for everything else.

Probably need to update the firmware on the HRM-run.

Check the forum threads for the info. It's all there
