Activities not showing in weekly reports/group leaderboards

Hi All,

I'm having a problem with activities not populating in my weekly reports or leaderboards with my connections. It says I have zero miles for the week when I have over 20 logged (and the activites show up fine on the dashboard). I've verified that the activities are categorized correctly (running) and that the privacy is correct for the groups.

Customer support told me to clear my cache/history/temporary internet files and restart my browser. Not sure what that would affect anything, but I did it and nothing changed.

Anybody else have this problem and know a possible solution?
