Is Garmin Connect not compatible anymore with Windows Internet Explorer?

    it is not IE, firefox and safari have the same problems, page is loading but no widgets are showing, menu is not working

    and working perfectly for me right now.

    On 3 different browsers 2 devices i see this:


    tried to remove all history and cookies but nothing
  • That display is typical of something blocking the download. Do you have any programs like ghostery that could be blocking it? Or a browser setting?

    I have tried on 3 different laptops including a whole new one but it does now work. I don't have any blocking programs installed. I think this needs a proper resolution.
  • Well it's working perfectly here so it's not a Connect issue. I suggest you call Customer Support by phone so they can troubleshoot your system in detail.

    Well on my side nothing has changed, the only change i see is that GC version was 3.3.0.3 and now is 3.3.0.6
    And since that last version it is not working anymore

    on Safari as well.. no widget loading since this morning (13.02.2016)

    .. no widget on OSX on safari/Firefox AND IE ON WIN10.

    I have the exact same problem, tried 3 computers now!
    Safari
    Google Chrome
    Firefox
    Microsoft Edge browser All do not work!!!!!!

    This must be addressed!!!!

    There are a lot of users having this problem, so it is definitely on your side.
