Cannot register device in Garmin Connect mobile app

Hello,
since yesterday I cannot pair my new Fenix3 with mobile app Garmin Connect. In fact, bluetooth pairing as such works fine, but during the process of setting up the device the registration has failed. Application says: Device registration has failed. HTTP_INTERNAL_ERROR_500.
Please can you help me?
Also, I cannot log in via Garmin Express on my PC. Garmin Express finds my fenix3, then it asks for username and password. After clicking LogIn it tells me something like "Unable to log in, because our servers are momentarily not available".

Please help!
