Hi, I've just signed up to a half marathon training plan and didn't think too far ahead! Next week I go away snowboarding for a week and so will not have time to run (and will want to rest!), is there a way to delay my training plan by a week with the fenix 3 or connect app? Thanks
If it is a Garmin Training plan then if you shift one workout it gives you the opportunity to shift everything in the plan going forward by the same amount
