GC Courses - can you do "save as" for small variations?

Hi,

As the title says, is it possible to do a "save as" when plotting a course, to make several courses with minor variations, rather than re-plotting the entire course ?

I could't see this.

Bump - I need to create a few courses for upcoming rides and would be grateful if someone could confirm if this is possible, or not.
