connect account problem

Hi there,

I just bought 920xt and try to pair my device so I need to have an connect garmin account. I had opened my account from my iOS device but when i had signed in from web, it says that my age is below 13 so my account will be deleted and etc. How can I change my age from my settings. In addition now I cannot use the connect app on my iOS. Is there a solution for this problem or should i sign up with a new email address?

I'd get in contact with Garmin support, they should be able to access the account and change the age so that it is allowed. I didn't think it would let you register the account at all if you entered an age less than 13 years.

I asked the support team about changing my age but they only reset my password. I asked them again and let's see what will they do. If not, I will register with a new email address...
