Dashboard scrren is completely Blank - cannot see synced items.

Hi, I sync my Vivofit but when I have the Dashboard screen up there are only icons on the side which are not active and nothing in the middle of the screen. Under my Status everything is active except for one item:

DOWN:Segments:
Matching of new activities is currently turned off.

I have not changed anything, is anyone else experiencing this problem and if so, do you know how to correct it. I have not seen my "synced" items in over 12 days!!
