Garmin Connect Mobile (Windows 10) does not connect with Edge 810

I have a Surface Pro 2 and just downloaded and installed the new Windows 10 Garmin Connect Mobile App. On Windows/Manage Bluetooth devices I see the Edge 810 as connected, the Edge 810 however displays Status: Disconnected. I have tried everything I could think of (restart, reset, etc) but no succes so far. The Edge is on latest firmware (4.4).

The device is actually connected, but the Garmin Connect App does not see the device:

I think it is the App which is not yet working as it should. On the iPhone I am able to connect and see the device in the App as paired.

When I connect my Garmin fenix I, the App works, it's only with the Edge 810 where it does not work.
