Keep on having to sign in to Garmin Connect

For the past week or so now everyday when I go to Garmin Connect it asks me to signin. I tick the remember me box, and the next day I have to logon again.

Happening across multiple computers, with 2 different profiles.

Browser: Chrome
Version 47.0.2526.111 m

Windows 10.

Anyone else having these issues?

Yep,
Although it's not a new thing for me, it's always been like that and sometimes I have to fill in the login details and click on the Login button twice as first time around it simply refreshes the login page.

Don't know why it won't remember me and keep me logged in.

Chrome, Safari and Firefox in Mac OSX

Could you have an option in your browsers set to delete cookies on exit?

Sometimes PC optimization and malware protection programs will flip that switch because it enhances privacy.

Any solutions? I am having the same issues. Only Garmin Connect 'forgets' me and has been consistent over a few updates to both Chrome and Mac OSX 10.11

Happens to me too, though inconsistently - can go days without a problem, then sign me out several times in the same day.

There are all sorts of utilities and settings possible on a PC to protect privacy or to optimize performance. Those settings would do things like delete cookies and/or delete cache which could blow away your login details. It could be in a browser or a separate utility.

TravellersJoy, these routines can be set to run on a regular interval such as once per 3 days, week or month, or whatever. It really sounds like this is happening to you in particular.

Agreed. I've rarely had to input login details, invariably when I've run a disk clean up that has cleared caches, passwords etc. Anyone having issues should look to their system but with all the options and OS it would be difficult to pinpoint it remotely via a forum.

Possibly, but it's only the Garmin site that's affected, not any other sites I log into automatically (eg Gmail or Facebook).

I've been seeing this more often than usual.
I can guarantee I don't have any utility clearing my cookies.

I can remember having my session logged out whenever there was an outage or an update to GC, I assumed we were seeing a few updates go through lately.
