Difficulties with Garmin Connect

Hi,

first of all, my name is Stephane . I'm a brand new Garmin user.

I started running seriously 3 years ago. by seriously, I mean on a regular basis, following training plans and with the participation to few races.

my mileage over the last 3 years was : 750 km in 2013 and 1350+ the next 2 years.

As a beginner, I started with a training clock mygeonaute but now I decided to change for a Garmin, the new forerunner 630 which just arrived today :)

this weekend, I have created my profile on garmin connect and started to transfer a bit of my history from mygeonaute to Connect by both manual creation and upload of gpx files.

I have several sessions : 6 for 201601 and for 2014, 6 for Dec, 8 for Nov and 6 for Oct.
To my knowledge, all paremeters (like type of activity) are set properly for those sessions but I'm facing strange behaviour of the some of the Apps :
- Reports: the report App is stating nothing but 5 sessions for Dec and 6 for Nov and I don't see any pattern or difference in the parameters of the sessions which could explain this behaviour.
- Calendar : in the "week" view of the calendar, I don't see any of my sessions . Same behaviour for the "month" view, but there, The nb of sessions for the month is correct and the value of nb of km per week is also correct on the right column; finally, when I switch to the "year" view, I see black bars correctly positionned on the days where my training sessions occured.

does any of you have idea about what is going wrong with my data.

as soon as I can start using my 630, I'll see if I have the same behaviour with sessions transfered directly from the device.

  • To see your activities in the calendar, drag open the 2 parallel vertical lines next to the title of the first day of the week and place checkmarks on whatever you wish to see.

    do you have an idea for the problem on the reports.
