I just got a vivosmart HR yesterday and used it overnight to monitor my sleep. In the mobile app the time to bed and the time awake appear to be correct but on the connect website it is six hours ahead. But I checked the settings page that you can get to by clicking the head and shoulders icon and clicking settings. This page said that I was set to central. But six hours ahead appears to be GMT. I am not really sure why the connect site would be six hours off but the mobile connect app would be correct.
One other thing I noticed is that it had me sleeping for an additional hour after I woke up.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
