touch screen not working any more

my garmin nuvi is not recognized by my mac, what can i do? It has always worked well but now i've upload my software and it doesn't woek any more

The retailer it was bought from or your local Garmin office?
I don't know if people in a forum section for https://connect.garmin.com would have much knowledge about a Montana 650t
