How to update activity, which is already uploaded from 920XT to Connect?

I have an already uploaded (pool swimming) activity, which originally uploaded without the HR data. Now the 920XT has uploaded the HR data from the sensor, but this information is not available in the Connect record.

I think you have to delete it from connect, connect your watch via usb, retrieve the relevant file and upload it manually.
