Last Night Sleep Result Nissing Prior to Midnight - Anyone Else?

My sleep either didn't sync properly this morning for the first time in a very long time or there's a new display bug in Connect.

So I accepted my default sleep times expecting to be able to set it based on movement data.
I went back to edit and noticed that my sleep last night prior to midnight was missing.

There is step data for the missing timeframe.
Is this a new bug or was I just unlucky?

It's looking like a new bug. My entire day yesterday until midnight is zero. No steps, heart rate, floors, etc etc... all zero.

Strangely enough my weight from that morning of the was also recorded for the 24th after I did a sync at about 1 am. Even though I had not been on the scales since the morning of the 23rd.

My guess is that somebody at garmin has been tinkering with the software and managed to screw something up with the dates/time zones so it's blanked a day.

You may think they would post on their own forums to advise, but that would be asking way too much.
  • It's not usual for them to fix one problem and inadvertently break something else.

Same for me - missing Sleep, Heartrate, Floors, Intensity minutes and Steps for Friday 22nd, but previously it was there.
  • Steps data not uploaded for 22 & 23 Jan

Same problem with steps data from FR235.
I notice it says I changed time zone on 21st Jan! News to me!
    No explanations forthcoming yet?

Yes, Saturday 23rd and Thursday 21st both show as "Looks like you changed time zones. Your charts will make more sense tomorrow.".

I haven't changed time zones - and it still isn't making sense!

Yes, I also got the same problem, I find the heart rate and the step from 8:00 pm to mid night doesn't show up correctly after sync, and in web connect, it states ""Looks like you changed time zones. Your charts will make more sense tomorrow." but I actually still at them same time zone. I am in Hong Kong and didn't travel aboard. What wrong? Bug???

Yes, I also get the same problem. I find my data (steps, heart rates) are missing from 8:00 pm to mid night after I sync my devices. It also appear in my Connect stating that the time zone is changed and better chart will show tomorrow. But actually I didn't travel aboard and still in the same zone. What wrong????

Same problem here. Since 23 Jan 2016, no sleep data is shown each night before midnight, even if I manually change my bedtime in Connect. I also get that alert about my time zone having changed, although it hasn't.
  • Last night was also messed up. It appears to me that everything stopped around 8 PM which is about the last time I synced. The sleep movement graph is weird as the night before the period before midnight was missing. Last night it indicated I was moving for the entire time from 8 to midnight.

I'm not sure about time zone settings as I have a vivoactive and a vivofit. Connect on the web says I have an update for my vivofit's user settings but I don't see anything different. Maybe it relates to the time zone but like other in this thread, I haven't gone anywhere.

I bet it's a server issue on Garmin's side. They must have made a change and forgot a setting somewhere.
  • I am missing from 6pm-midnight yesterday (Jan 24th, CST)... all sleep/step data.
