I purchased a VivoSmart HR two days ago and in the Connect app it is not updating any of the information present on the band. It is still stuck on the first day of use and I cant figure out how to update it. The band does sync as I get the syncing bar at the bottom of the app. But nothing changes after that.
Yes when it is done syncing it turns green but the data stays the same. I have tried pulling down to update as well and it is still the same number as before never has changed. Even on the online page as well.
