Unable to pair Garmin 235 with iPhone iOS 9.2.1

Just got my iPhone upgraded to iOS 9.2.1, and found the device Garmin 235 can no longer sync to iPhone. So I unpaired the watch and try to pair again, however, no matter how, the App "Connect" still display "Device not found".

I had restarted both my iphone and watch, and I am 100% sure the bluetooth on watch and iPhone are on, but still got no luck.

the App Connect and the firmware on watch are all latest
Firmware: 3.3
App: 3.2.0.11
