VO2 max for cycling not working

Hi,
Having a problem with VO2 max for cycling, started early December. I use wahoo kickr for indoor training, paired with a cadence sensor and multiple garmin HRMs depending on what I am doing that day, usually HRM tri. I am doing the same types of workouts ranging from an hour to 2.5 hours. HR definitely goes over 70% for longer than 20 minutes.

Any opinion is well appreciated.
