Suddenly after 2 weeks the app stopped working and I am not able to connect to through the app on my iPhone. The HR is not working either, same HR since 3-4 days ago!! I was still able to receive calls and messages but not now even that!! Totally useless!!!! FRUSTRATED and DISAPPOINTED.
which iOS is on your phone? I am just wondering it may be due to iOS 9.2.1 coz I had the same issue, which lucky that it was working fine on my phone and all of sudden, it doesn't work anymore.
