It seems I can set the Max Pulse + Pulse zones via:
* Garmin Connect Web: Device setings/User settings
* Garmin Connect App: User settings
* Garmin Watch Forerunner 630: My Stats/User profile/Heart Rate Zones
Unfortunately I haven't manage to get the same figures on these different places.
Currently I have the same max and zone settings in Web and Watch but as the App runs Karvonen calculation (taking rest heart rate into consideration) the App zones differs.
Also when looking at my stored activites they have 203 as max HR but I've set 200 as max HR in all places: Web, App and Watch.
How should I do in order to get this sorted out?
