Language setting isn't kept between sessions

When setting language via Settings -> Display Preferences -> Language: English,
it will be English for current session but when logging in/out it will be reset to Swedish the next time.
How come?
My 630 run English but my Connect Smartphone App runs Swedish (there's no way to set it on the App I think).

    Lucky you, mine is reseting every time to some wormwriting, that my pc doesn't even have a font for. Why does it keep doing that? I haven't found any other language settings that would be in wormwriting. Where does it come from?

    Language setting isn't kept between sessions (and it HAPPENED AGAIN!)

    And it happened again. Setting it to whatever language... changes back to some arabic or anyway into a different alphabet that is not familiar to me at all. :mad:

    Any garmin member that read this and can file away a bug request so it gets fixed?

    Same here. Or a workaround? It is getting annoying. I have been re-setting my language to English 5 times this week. And due to this issue the automatic naming of all the workouts has to be changed manually also.

    Language in GC keeps changing

    Hi,
    How can I keep a language that I have chosen from Profile Settings? There are several languages I would be happy with(english, norwegian, danish, swedish, finnish, estonian, even russian or greek), but it keeps changing to a language my PC doesn't even have fonts for. See the pic below.
    Also I have changed the workout naming to "Untitled", because GC was changing also my workout names into the squares with questionmarks (that you can see on the screen capture below).

    I have changed my language settings once again (must have done it a hundred times already) to English, but it doesn't seem to stick with it. I have tried to switch to other languages also, but it gets back to this one on the picture(in the attachment).



    I seem to have a contact in my contact list who has the same problem, because his workouts turn out with similar squares. My FR920XT has also english set. On my phone I don't seem to find any additional language settings in Garmin Connect app that could also affect it. Everything is in English (Except the phone itself, which is in Estonian).

    so I'm not the only one...

    I have the same problem, and it drives me nuts.
    I have already posted 2 posts about it in the Garmin connect forum, but didn't get any answers what so ever...
    I can only say that I hope that someone at Garmin sees it.

    These are user to user forums.

    If you can't get it solved from here then you need to contact Garmin Support.

    But I suggest deleting the Garmin cookies.
