Workouts not syncing with garmin 225hlo

Is there a problem with the garmin connect website and app , I can't seem to synchronise my workouts or data from my photo/iPad to watch.

I have the same issue but on my android phone. Looking on Google Play store, lot of reviews are saying the last update broke the sync.
