Unable to pair vivosmart to phone

I've had my Vivosmart for a little over a month now, and I've had very few problems with it. Yesterday I noticed it wasn't connect to the bluetooth on my phone at all, when before it had been intermittent. When I tried to investigate it, it was not paired anymore. I have tried pairing it, charged it fully and tried to pair it, waited a day and tried to pair it, uninstalled and reinstalled connect and tried again. Nothing is working, when I attempt it I only get a page full timed out errors on the app. Can anyone help, or has my VS already bit the dust?
  • When I had issues connecting with my vivosmart, it was usually my phone that had the issue.
    What kind of phone do you have?

    If somehow your vs lost its pairing, go to the app settings on the phone and clear the cache. If this is the only Garmin device you have, you can also delete the data but I wouldn't do that right away.

    I don't have a vs anymore but I recall that when I had pairing issues with a warrantee replacement and it took a few tried before it finally worked.

    You can also try calling Garmin support.
