I was having trouble syncing my activities with Garmin Connect so I uninstalled and then installed the newer version Garmin Connect Mobile. Now when i try to sign into my account on my smart phone i get the message "A problem occured while attempting to sign into Garmin Connect" but it does not give any details. I have changed my password to my account through my laptop so i know that is correct. Any thoughts?
If you changed your password, it would be a good idea to clear Connect's cache in your mobile app settings. It might still be keeping your old password.
