Unable to connect GC to myfitnesspal steps and calories in/out

Hi All

I need help. I have Vivofit and unable to view the consumed details from my daily Calories In/Out. I have logged the food intake in MFP but it was not displayed in GC even after sync for several times.

At the same time,MFP also not able to connect to my GC to detect the daily Steps even after so many attempts to connect.

Any help is really appreciated. I only bought the vivofit last year and so frustrated since it is not working as expected.
