Creating your own training plan

Hey folks!

I've got a shiny used Garmin 910xt for the IronMan 70.3 Chattanooga event coming up in May. I'm used to my Forerunner 620, and loved the way I could import a Training Schedule from Garmin into it. It got me to the finish line of my 3rd Marathon quite well last year.


Is there a way I could create a Training Plan to import? Actually, I'm using the book Be Iron Fit, the Half Distance version and would love to create a plan to follow in the 910xt without having to create just separate workouts each time.

I've heard that there is possibly a way to download one or create one with RunningAHEAD or something like that, but not sure.

I thought that before I beat my head against the wall trying to figure it all out, I'd ask those that are more experienced with the 910.
