Password reset does not work

I needed to reset the password on my garmin account, and used the "forgot password" link when on the sign in page. This sends me a temporary password via email, but when I use this password it states "account temporarily locked, please reset your password".

Ive done this about a dozen times now and still I cant log in with the password that is emailed to me each time.

Is the system broken?

I now cant log in to myconnect on my phone or onto my garmin account here.

It seems strange that during arguably the busiest time of the week (weekend) Garmin in the UK have zero support available. Can anyone help here? How do I get my account reset?
