GC and HRrest

Hi All,
since Heart rate and power training zones can be managed within device settings page, where I can change my HRrest? I can change only zones and HRmax. There is no field for HRrest.

I'm wondering this too. Can you not choose %HRR any more? The option is still on the watches...
