I am able to sync my Fenix 3 to the Connect App without any issues. I noticed after the latest update of the my Fenix 3 to v6.5 that my device is listed as "Unknown" after an activity. It used to list my device and the software version it was operating under. Any idea how I can get that back? Thank you!
Same issue here, although the earliest I can see it in my activity history is Jan 9th, and I was running 5.10.0.0. In Connect on the web, the device IS correctly identified as a Fenix 3 but the device image is this ugly grey boxy thing. In the mobile app the device is just listed as unknown...
Same here. I have an ongoing email thread with harming support to see if we can figure anything out.
If you check, the device is listed as Felix 3 but there is no icon. On the mobile app it is unknown
I'm having the same problem. It was okay with version 5.10.0.0 until January 6, 2016, but it has shown the device as "Unknown" since then. I just updated to version 6.50 yesterday, but still no luck...
Just received another email from Garmin. They know about the problem and it is a problem on their end. They put me on some sort of email list to let me know when the problem is fixed. I guess it is a dead issue until they can fix it
I got similar issue after upgrade to 6.5, below is the issue I found:
1. After syn with Garmin connect web, it only shown "Unknown" icon
2. All the previous activity (before upgrade) are duplicated with "Untitled" activity and with "Unknown" icon shown also! Therefore, my shoes gear mile immediately reach the max distance (need to retire..)as all the old activity is duplicated (no. of activity counted is double)
3. Unable to activate for sleep mode at Felix 3 device! Normally, at steps information page and press start to activate sleep mode. After upgrade 6.5, no sleep mode for activate! That's mean now is No sleep mode for use!

I just take it off and it seems to work ok and tells how long I slept for.
