Connect forerunner 310xt with garmin express

Hi

I am trying to transfer data to and from my Forerunner 310xt to my PC using garmin express. When I try add my device, it sees it, but when I try sign in it says that it couldn't connect to the garmin servers since there was some problem? What can I do?

Is there an error code of some sort?

Is express and your 310xt both on the latest version of the software?
