Activity Removed from Garmin Connect

Yesterday I went for a 60 minute run using a Fenix3. After the run, I tracked my cool down walk using the hike app. After both workouts the run did upload to Garmin Connect, because it showed up on my linked My Fitness Pal (MFP) account. Sometime after the run disappeared from both Garmin connect and MFP. Now I cannot get it to upload to Garmin Connect again, although the data still shows on the Fenix3. All that I see on the Garmin Connect or MFP sites for yesterday is the walk. Has anyone experienced something similar and any ideas how to fix this? There are a lot of nice bells and whistles on the Fenix3, but if I cannot even use it log that I did a workout it becomes a nonviable option.

Update: This seems to be an ongoing issue where N-1 workouts will be retained in Garmin Connect. I did 4 workouts yesterday only 3 of which were retained in Garmin Connect. When synching to My Fitness Pal the calories from the missing workout show up only as "Garmin Calorie Correction" but the exercise shows up neither on Garmin Connect of MFP.

    Hello Garmin?

Its still happening...I'm going to take this Fenix3 back for a refund if this doesn't get resolved. How do you sell a $600 fitness watch for tracking workouts and then make it lose one workout a day? This is insane.
