Why does my time zone show up different in the dashboard and step not load accurately

I have a few of complaints about my Vivosmart HR. the amount of steps suddenly decreases or disappears. I live in NYC eastern Standard Time Zone but when I upload my activities stats and times sometimes it is accurate and mostly it shows up as Central Time Zone?
I recheck my setting and its all correct, but the time zones won't load up correct. Also I have set my goal of 7000 steps and surpass it, it seems to be keep track but then out the blue its back at zero. Why does that happen?:confused:
  • Have you setup the correct timezone in Connect on the web? Head & Shoulders icon - settings - display settings?

    Absolutely. And again I had close to 1000 steps towards my 7000 steps and I look back and now it's at 500 steps .
