Been using GC to create specific workout parameters. Based on my input and the data recorded, it has prompted some questions. I used my Google-Fu to search for answers but didn't find anything.
Workouts - Difference between Rest & Recovery? I've read on GC that REST does not record data/not averaged in yet I have found using both have no difference in results. My intent is to be able to conduct intervals for X time/distance and rest for time. Regardless if it's passive or active, I'm only looking to see my work stats. Am I programming my workouts in GC incorrectly? Is there a way to meet my training intent?
