Daily Summary Step Details not working

Anybody else have no (or extremely little) data on the Daily Summary Step Details?? It doesn't show any Highly Active or any Inactive blocks, as well as only showing maybe 100 or so steps (even if I ran 4 miles, was inactive for more than an hour, and cleared 10,000 steps for the day).

Any way to change this or get it to work?

I have a Vivoactive.

    Ok, after looking into it further, it appears as though my Step Details is wrong on time (AM/PM reversed). My watch has the correct time, and other data I upload (running at 3 pm) is correct. Even the Sleep Detail times are correct. The Step Details thinks I sleep all day and am up at night though, which I suppose is why I am not getting any data.

    How can I change this?
