Daily plot of FTP (20min Max power)

How can I generate a power chart that shows the 20minute power for all my workout over a 6/12 month period???

The "reports" function only shows the monthly average as of the 1st of the month.
I want to see the 20 minute powers for each workout.

Any help would be great, thanks!
  • You could go to activities, select an activity type (i.e indoor) then filter for the date range.  Add 20min max to the metrics. Then quickly scroll down till all activities in that date filter are shown.  Then Export it as as an xls to get a table which you can chart in Excel or Open Office Calc.
